Current Lawsuit againt IPA and Related Entities

Thanks for the heads up from one of our posters, it looks like there is a new lawsuit being filed based on the short or lack of payment to employees:

“Plaintiff claims that Defendants do not accurately record or keep the time that consultants actually work, but instead only track the hours billed by the business consultants. The consultants are instructed to bill only for time spent at the client’s location. Defendants do not pay SBCs for the time that is not billed to the client, nor do they pay for various required meetings, travel time, or time that the SBCs spend waiting at the airport to receive their next assignment. Defendants expect senior business consultants to work at least 50 hours per week, but do not pay SBCs overtime, even though the Department of Labor determined in 2011 that SBCs are entitled to receive overtime compensation.”

Since this site seems to be the (or one of the) top clearing houses of info for IPA/GR/GPS/IBA etc …. I felt it was appropriate to share this a little more prominently to raise awareness.

I am sure they would also like to hear more of example on falsified documentation and any other methods to withhold payment.

The lawsuit details can be found at:

This is the link to the current AG suit against IPA/Burgess:
    https://w3.courtlink.lexisnexis.com/cookcounty/Finddock.asp?DocketKey=CAAJ0CH0BGAHD0CH
If you look at the top of the page it says case type is Injunction.
This is the definition of Injuction from Wikepedia and I quote:
“An injunction is an equitable remedy in the form of a court order that requires a party to do or refrain from doing specific acts. A party that fails to comply with an injunction faces criminal or civil penalties and may have to pay damages or accept sanctions. In some cases, breaches of injunctions are considered serious criminal offenses that merit arrest and possible prison sentences.”
This is not a RICO suit.
The only information I have found on it is the youtube video of the FOX news report with John’s pic on it below.

I have enjoyed very much and learned a lot the last two weeks while Wyn & staff from CBS have been here working with us. It has really helped us to get better organized and able to look at our business from a different perspective. We have developed several different tools to assist us in streamlining our procedures and being more accurate and efficient in our bidding process.

Your staff has been professional, courteous, friendly and helpful, firm and purposeful in their activities. I’m sure as we continue to implement these strategies in our day to day operations we will achieve our goals and be able to make our business profitable and healthy.

    Thanks,

Please allow this letter to serve as notice of my satisfaction with the results of the consulting project completed. I am very pleased with the plan set forth by Bob for the future of my company. I have begun implementing the principles and guidelines that have been outlined for us. I believe that great results will be achieved once the entire plan is enacted and being adhered to.

Over the course of the next 6 months we will continually review our implementation of the plan and the advantages that are associated with doing so. After that time we will likely have Bob return to review our project and continue the advancement of our principles.

I would like to thank CBS for providing a much needed service.

    Sincerely,

If your so happy working for a PERVERT, have at it but your company is shameful. I bet you never tell your friends exactly who you work for cause that would be embarrassing wouldn’t it. Yep you broke the record with the largest sexual harassment case in America but that was not enough for you. You have the attorney general suing you for fraud and claiming that a criminal investigation is continuing and not wanting dirty money from a pervert. Nice career you have going on. What a winner you are! You work for a looser company that has to change their names to acronyms yearly cause everyone is out for them. Employees sue your company and owners hate you also. You cant seem to do anything right can you?

I bet you cannot find a job anywhere, so you settle for IPA,CBS,GPS,SMS

This is fact what is written and you know it. I hope the Attorney General takes you to the cleaners soon. You guys have no shame.

Is everyone including the ATTORNEY GENERAL OF ILLINOIS all wrong and the Burgess are just a bunch of victums? You can decide for yourself and this will make it easier.

    5. A disbarred New York lawyer (John Burgess owner of SMS, GPS) with a criminal record for attempted larceny and patronizing a 16-year-old prostitute, Mr. Burgess owns International Profit Associates, a management consulting company in Illinois. (What a dirty old man! That’s absolutely disgusting! what a Pervert!) Guess its easy to see why they had lost the Sexual Harrasment lawsuit. Heck the owner is a Pervert himself!
That Rico “Criminal investigation” is alarming and disturbing.

How to put the chairs together in the conference room and reports that we use for the toilet. The only problem is that we already had a better system and they billed us $50,000 for that junk. They also billed us another $20,000.00 to set up agendas and scheduling of work and duties which we had it all along some years ago.

That employee that puts those fake compliments is be part of the scam himself/herself and I hope the DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE adds him/her to the investigation. He/she puts those fake posts daily cause they hate the TRUTH cause TRUTH is not a business plan they know or have at IPA.
Since your so proud of your scam, whey don’t you post up any evidence that what’s posted is a lie or incorrect? That would be fair I think?

    1. Let me guess; the PERVERT isn’t really a PERVERT after all and he wasn’t really guilty ?

    2. Let me guess; the Attorney General isn’t really suing you and she made up that FRAUD lawsuit up for shits and giggles?

    3. The Fox News report claiming that a CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION is underway including RICO is all a lie and they made it up for better ratings right?

    4. Let me guess again; the politicians didn’t really back away from John Burgess after all. I imagine your claiming they actually do want to associate with him now and some didn’t actually return his contributions cause he’s a very nice man?

    5. You didn’t pay out 8 million dollars for SEXUAL HARASSMENT right? Let me guess, that was all a lie and John Burgess wanted to donate a bunch of women money cause he’s nice.

    6. Ok now let me guess again; your all truthful people and no one lies to Business owners and you do not mislead your employees either right?

    7. You don’t send owners to collection cause they cancelled once they figured out your scam correct? No, of course not. Your actually very nice and understanding with them and you don’t attempt to ruin them with your collection agency and tactics, that’s all a misrepresentation also correct? Oh no how dare someone say that. You actually buy them donuts and coffee and you send them over flowers.

8, All those business owners suing you are not really suing you but just giving you publicity for more sales cause they truly deeply love you. Is that your position?

    9. The BC’s don’t actually lie to business owners either is that correct? Of course not! No way would you ever deceive a business owner into thinking your someone else now would you. Your so honest that you tell the owners that your IPA a recognized consulting company that wants to offer them your services. Of course you never would mislead them by pretending your a customer. Of course you wouldn’t do that, your IPA and credibility is so important to you.

    10. The employees are all lying and they’re rolling in the dough. They actually do make the kind of money that you advertise but they’re lying so that no one asks them for a loan is that correct?

    11. John Burgess doesn’t really like LITTLE GIRLS after all and that criminal record is all made up by ex employees that are jealous of his money. No, he actually does likes women over 18 years old and that prostitute was only a man made sex doll that just happened to be in the South Side corner. Is that correct? Of course it is!

    12. Employees are not suing you either and that is make believe. It is only a rehearsal for the Judge Judy show. Is this correct?

You are a scam and the DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE is on to you and especially your PERVERTED boss that preys on LITTLE GIRLS. I hope that cell is large enough for all of you so that you spend your days in lock where you belong!
The SCAM is catching up to all involved now. You are covering up the FRAUD but don’t you worry, JUSTICE WILL PREVAIL AND JUSTICE WILL BE SERVED. I’ll put my bets on the ATTORNEY GENERAL then I’ll double down that all involved will soon be joining them.

Aside from the stated goals on the website (see this Link),  I am also trying to do is learn more about the “new” website development, SEO Optimization, Search Engines, Advertising etc.

This helps not only my own personal enrichment, but also provides more insight to support my day job.  Things move fast, and you have to keep pace.

One thing I just added was a Google +1 Button.  This will tell Google, “hey .. this site is cool !”  And be another way to raise the Search Engine Rankings.

While visiting, be sure to click on the button to help raise the visibility to expand the audience of this site.  I appreciate it !!

By the way, the Button is on the bottom and looks kind of like this

Always famous for changing names and acronyms, IPA, SMS, or whatever they go by today, has also changed the title of the SAM, Senior Area Manager, to STM, Senior Territory manger. Whether done to confuse potential clients during appointment setting attempts or just out of habit of continually changing names, I don’t know the answer. I suspect it is the later as this company sheds its skin like a chameleon.

Does anyone have an update on Ms. Madigans lawsuit against J Burgess and IPA instigated in June, 2009?

What exactly is RICO? Is this a seperate racketeering charge against Burgess?

    Thanks

Wow … just came here from a due diligence search on the company. I typed in Global Resources for Buffalo Grove, and I was linked here.

RICO is basically what we know as Racketeering – Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations
What mobsters and other heavyweight criminals are associated with it.

What it is essentially showing is that there is a pattern of crime over 10 years with 2 or more offenses of 35 key crimes.

This has been tied up with Lisa Madigan for sometime, but no resolution yet. The question is from everyone .. why ?????

What is Lisa Madigan doing to sit on this case, and why is she not serving her constituents by doing her job ? Why has she not been called on this ?

Lots of links out there, but no action:

WTF, I have a source inside SMS/IPA. There are plenty of people within the company ready to spill their guts. My source is in mid-management and is aware of the improprieties that occur daily and the actual overall game plan of this organization. The next lawsuit from within will be huge.

Ethics charges are one thing, but racketeering means prison time. There are plenty of white collar boys who would rather not be someones girlfriend in prison. Loyalties, money, and promises get very thin at that point. This is a house of cards waiting to topple. The length of the sexual harrasment lawsuit has given IPA false hope this time.

Hope is there for any IPA or SMS employees that have quit their job. You can still file unemployment against IPA for hiring you under false pretenses, especially for STM’s that were hired but never told about the Madigan RICO case against IPA or that the owner is a convicted felon. IPA has an F rating from the Chicago BBB for their improper sales and collection practices. If you quit IPA after you were hired because of these reasons, you can file for unemployment benefits.

I worked for a company known as SMS, which was/is a “sister” company of GPS and a few others. I made calls to business owners all day and they had me use a fake name so Mark Allen came to mind and yes a few of the unsuspecting secretaries handed the phone over to a waiting business owner believing me to be Marcus Allen. Ofcourse I wasn’t able to schedule for our “analyst” and shortly after I had realized what the company was all about. I had to quit, its just a scam, straight up stealing from others lives.

So Tim, you had an analysis done. It sounds like you thought it was beneficial, since you decided to have someone else come in to do more work. So you’re basing your decision on what you’ve read online, rather than the facts that were presented to you by the analyst and laid out right in front of you. The reason your business is failing in the first place is probably because you’re indecisive, don’t have a plan, and seem to be flying by the seat of your pants. Make decisions based on facts and figures, not emotion. That’s the reason your small business is still a “small business.” and don’t try to say your business isn’t failing, otherwise you wouldn’t have been seeking help in the first place. Blame it on the economy, blame it on the firm you hired. How about you look in the mirror sir, there is where you will find the blame…..

John, in my experience, in any type of business – from selling lolly pops to Airplanes- its takes more than 2 days to provide the status of a company to present recommendations, etc. Even if the analyst is an expert in the type of business that they are looking at, it would still take more than 2 days to provide provide “facts” and to present a plan of attach. You are definitely using a “used cars salesman approach”, hoping that the customer will bite on your expertise. In simple terms, you are a complete moron.

Admittedly the article is several years old but enlightening. Even more enlightening and damning are the posts at the bottom of the article that run back for nearly 10 years. Except for the IPA\SMS shills, over a 10 year period, you will read identical presentations from ex-employees and customers alike. They all discribe the scam that this miserable excuse for a busness has been perpetrating for the last 20 years. Hurry along, Ms. Madigan. We know the employees are singing…

    CBS,

Your consultant, Dean has been working with us for the past weeks helping us square away some of our problems with productivity and job costing. With his help, we have been able to identify our costs and now can determine whether we make money on our jobs.

Deann developed a system of bidding with those costs, managing the work and job costing it to see how much profit was earned. Now we are able to create incentives for our people to work harder by sharing some of that extra profit with them. Productivity has always been a problem for our company.

We are happy to have worked with Dean. He is very knowledgeable and professional. His expertise in estimating found several discrepancies in the way we were calculating our bids. Fixing these errors will tell us where we are at in the future.

He looked at other parts of our company as well and worked with me and my people to make many other needed changes. The help that Dean provided will help us greatly through these tough times and we are very pleased with the decision we made to invite your company in to consult with us.

    Sincerely,

That employee that puts those fake compliments is clearly part of the scam himself/herself and I hope the DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE adds him/her to the investigation. He/she puts those fake posts daily cause they hate the TRUTH! No way,TRUTH is not a business plan or practice at IPA.

Since your so proud of your scam, whey don’t you post up any evidence showing that what’s posted is a lie or incorrect?

I have been working side by side with your employee James for the better part of a month now. James has been a big help to me and our company. In particular he has helped and guided our company in a new direction in regards to personnel and individual duties. It is my belief that by him giving us the tools to have a more defined structure, we will free up the president and officers within the company to work with myself to increase sales and profit.

James has also helped us recognize problems we have with the inventory of items and billing of certain items causing our numbers not to be actual representations of what is going on. We have implemented these policies and they are already beginning to work.

Thanks to James now have new tools for estimating, determining overheads, forecasting cash flow and methods for paying vendors. All of these variables I believe will help our company strive forward and continue to grow and be profitable.

I think James did a good job at being thorough and to the point. He brought lots of new and fresh ideas to the table. He really helped our company to be more organized and the need to be more organized moving into the future. James was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him to your future clients.

EXIPACom for Current employees and customers too !

Actually, one of the greatest contributions that this website can have is to provide content and detail from current employees.  Some hot topics are:

1)  Current status of the pending RICO case and contacts to the Attorney General in regards to the Racketeering charges against John Burgess and fellow defendants.  What is the best way to get involved if you feel you have a contribution.

2) Individuals that might have current contact with the IL Labor Relations Board.  There has been reports of Dave Danzig, John Burgess, Jon Andes (Director of HR) harassing wrongfully terminated employees after they are gone.  Also hints of extortion by threatening “further” action if they do not sign confidentiality agreements to prevent them from speaking to anyone about their knowledge of John Burges, Dave Danzig and IPA’s past.

Extortion – The obtaining of property (or other benefit) from another, with his consent, induced by wrongful use of actual or threatened force, violence, or fear, or under color of official right.

3) Upcoming Charity Events that IPA Charities is involved with and how to spread the word.

4) List of current spinoff or associated companies of IPA.  Who are the principals, contact points and address details of GPS, ABS, ROI, SMS, GR, etc.  This would be helpful to code into keywords to help make this page more visible if someone intended to do full due dilligence on one of those companies.

Again, any comments and emails to exipacom@gmail.com is held in the strictest confidence.  EXIPAcom is in NO way affiliated with the companies on Barclay Blvd in Buffalo Grove and any information provided will be kept in private, unless you provide authorization to disclose.

about a year ago i started rcving calls from SBS, they stated that they took over IPA and IPA was out of business, i stated my feeling about not getting what i paid for and no follow up as promised from IPA. the smooth talking rep from SMS stated that they would make it up to me, my goal was to see what kind of free information i could get from SMS, i did not intend paying them a .01, they missed 3 appointments. This week i got anouther call, i told them to stop by, appt was set for 8am the next morning. The SMS rep also told me that they bought George May Co. Later that afternoon unannoucned a rep from GPS USA stopped by, i asked about George May and he stated that they did not buy George May, so i stated “so we’re starting out with lies”, he stated that SMS is “just some telemarketing company that the execs decided to hire. I asked him about IPA, he stated that they went out of business and left two empty buildings. so i started Googling IPA and found this web site, i also discovered that the owners son of IPA is the President of GPS and they do operate from the same IPA address. there are also several business that appear to all be in the consulting business that are tied to the IPA’s owner son. This is ashame because small and med size businesses could use a good consulting firm, also the rep did not show up for the scheduled appt.

    Dear Al,

Please note that the performance of Raju, in the last three weeks has been OUTSTANDING! He went well above what we expected. He is a genius to put him as anything less would be an injustice to him. He was always very concentrated and focused on what he was here to accomplish for us.

He was always adamant at being very through in making sure that we understood the procedure we were to follow to reach our long term goals. He is a great problem solver and certainly helped see the errors of our ways; we always referred to that as “Old School”. He had enough intuition to realize when we were struggling with changes and would help us in what I call layman terms so that we were able to come to the realization of his applications. He is very down to earth and his demeanor is such that we did not feel intimidated by his vast wealth of knowledge. He is a great problem solver and he sticks with it until it is resolved this again is a fine example of this preservation.

My rating of his performance is absolutely commendable.

That employee that puts those fake compliments is obviously part of the scam himself/herself and I hope the DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE adds him/her to the investigation. He/she puts those fake posts daily cause they hate to see or hear the TRUTH. Of course not, TRUTH, what’s that? Truth is not a business plan or practice for a scam like IPA.

Since your so proud of your scam, whey don’t you post up any evidence proving that what’s posted is a lie or at the least then incorrect?

    1. Let me guess; the PERVERT isn’t really a PERVERT after all and he wasn’t really guilty?

    2. Let me guess; the Attorney General isn’t really suing you and she made up all that LAWSUIT just for her pleasure and or also shits & giggles? Let’s see here; she had nothing else to do one day and so she sued you just for practice?

    3. Let me guess; the Fox News report claiming that a CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS underway including RICO’s all a lie and FOX NEWS made it up just for better ratings right? Of course, the ratings!! We should have known this, of course!! Stupid us, what were we thinking? It was made up just for ratings.

    4. Humm now let me guess again; the politicians never backed away from John Burgess after all. I imagine your now claiming that they actually do want to associate with him and the ones that returned the dirty money didn’t actually do that. Of course not! They kept it all along. What were we thinking! They actually kept his contributions cause he’s such a reputable and nice man?

    5. You didn’t pay out 8 million dollars for SEXUAL HARASSMENT right? Let me guess again; that was all a lie and John Burgess out of the kindness of his heart wanted to donate all those women money cause he’s just that nice a man. Of course he is!!

    6. Ok now let me guess, hummm; your all truthful people and no one lies to Business owners and you don’t mislead employees either? Nope, that is all a lie too. Employees all have alzheimer’s disease and that’s the reason pay’s in court today. Of course, they all forget the hours they put in and that’s why they’re complaining. Yep that’s it alright, they’re all sick with Alzheimers.

    7. You don’t send owners to collection cause they cancelled once they figured out your scam correct? No, of course not. Your actually very nice and understanding with them and you don’t attempt to ruin them with your collection agency and tactics. That IPA is mean thing is all just a misunderstanding correct? After all why would IPA send someone to collection when they have a pay nothing policy if a customers unhappy right? Oh no how dare someone say that you send people to collection. You actually buy unsatisfied customers donuts and coffee and you send them over flowers. Customer first remember!

Your company approached me several months ago inquiring about how business was going, how day to day operations were going, asking about cash flow, etc. I was really struggling to make ends meet.

It was suggested that I get a consultant and that’s when I met with Jerry and you. Jerry came up with a business plan that I thought would help me out and get my feet back on the floor. Rick, you got me motivated and helped me implement many programs, including estimation programs, ob costing, advertising, incentives, and establishing a website to yard signs, magnets, and equipment stickers.

I feel our customer base has increased and our accounts receivables aging has decreased. With these changes I hope that my business will survive and will prosper. Thanks for you help.

Ways to Help Out

All,

As a new website, the biggest challenge is promotion and getting a way for people to find you through the clutter of the Internet.  For example, generic terms such as ABS, ROI, GPS, etc. really get lost in the overall search engines due to the much more common counterpart acronymns.

With that said, it is very surprising to see the visitors from this website and how they got here.  Especially in such a short time that this website has been up.

To keep up the positive momentum, we could use some help:

1)  Please pose links to Facebook and other Social Networking sites

2)  Please send the EXIPA.com website to friends, colleagues, etc.

3)  If you came here from a search engine like Google, please click on the +1 button to help raise relevancy and spread the word.  For example, if you type in “global resources llc burgess”, the result is at the top of the second page.  The more hits we receive, and feedback with the +1, search results for submissions like that will be moved way up to the top.  It will help “unobscure” some of the searches for the the current “spinoff” companies of IPA.

Please keep on sending email and passing on the site.  It is fun to log in each day and see the increasing trend.  Also, please help support the site by clicking on our sponsors and exploring their services.  It does help a lot.

Thanks !

a few years ago i paid IPA 60,000.00 for consulting work. as i read on a site that led me here, for the most part I rcvd a lot of worthless manuals and I found out that the consultant got paid extra for going over the specified hours. I few of the things that we learned did work for our business but we could have been given this information at a cost of around 5,000.00 from what I saw all of the information gathering that they spent to consult us was expanded so that they could increas the fees that we were charged. I too feel like i got ripped.

This is a sad commentary on a business that could have been good. In the early days of IPA, they took the good stuff that George S. May had done, and did a good job with it, helping clients achieve more. I started in consulting with the GSMay company and found them to be the absolute pits in many regards. I had been a professional, with a graduate degree, in local economic development, and had worked with lots of small businesses in small towns, and on a larger scale. I looked forward to helping small businesses succeed, and perhaps, for a change, making some money myself. The May company responded to one of my early “sales” (I started as a business analyst) by sending one of the cruddiest, nastiest-attitude “consultant”, who changed his clothes in the parking lot before going in to the business. I left, and the so-called consultants started to “work”. Needlless to say, I made no money on that job.

Compartmentalization is key in a business like Burgess’s. the Internet has truly brought him down…it’s impossible to compartmentalize when everyone can talk to each other here. But there does need to be some truth told.

One, John-above–and the response–you’re indecisive, no wonder your busienss is still small, etc.–that’s classic ”
analyst” speak. It’s where the pressure begins, not ends. Not all analysts do that. But…sometimes it’s true and needs to be said. No one complaint fits all. No one complaint is legit necessarily. Truth hurts. Separate out the complaints about truth hurting, and undue high pressure, and you’re on your way to understanding what’s happening here.

Two, the post-dated check thing has been going on for at least a decade. I worked with a really decent family business outside Kansas City in maybe 1999, and we got them (the project manager and I) to commit to a full project, which, by the way, is not in itself a scam–never was–by accepting post dated checks that “would not be cashed” if it was not ok to cash them. The project was very successful, involving personnel restructuring (no layoffs), new accounting procedures–focusing on prompt invoicing and collections–and so forth.

I hadn’t been gone a week (it was probably a three week job) when I heard that the checks had been cashed and their payroll was in trouble because of it.

Note: The office does what the office does. The guys in the field don’t know about it. The guys in the field are told it won’t happen and it does. When it does, “it’s a mistake” and “it won’t happen again” and “it will be corrected” and the guys in the field relay this info to the client…and then it happens again. Then nobody talks to anybody because one side is outraged and financially hurt, the consultant is embarrassed and ashamed, and the office–has more money than it did before. It’s self perpetuating. And at that level, it’s not so much a fraud perpetrated by the consultants, as it is denial (by consultants) and a healthy denial at that. The client cannot deny but they over-react (they’re all crooks)–and the company is fat and happy. And angry at the consultant for trying to fix the mess the caused.

It’s a mess. It didn’t have to be. There was a lot of good work, but imagine what happens to that good work when the company gets slammed with a ten thousand dollar hit right after the consultant who provided that good work–with the “IPA” logo on his business card–leaves, and the office with the “IPA” logo walks away with a bunch of money and all of a sudden the consultant is hard to get on the phone.

Blame the Burgess’s and his facilitators, Ken Sweet and the rest. It’s not the fault of the consultants, or probably the analysts–maybe the analysts–probably the telemarketers–definitely the consulting services directors–to an extent–and also definitely, the businesses themselves, for throwing a perfectly healthy baby (in many cases) out with the Burgess Bathwater.

Meanwhile–yeah, there’s no other conclusion but to deny them entrance into your building. Seriously. Just lock the door. They’ll have to go away eventually. I know.

Let me clarify one thing. Sometimes it is definitely the fault of the consultant. I worked with one (I hated working with other consultants for reasons like this)–this guy would go out to his computer for a few minutes, do a little work, while I would be teaching the management team a concept or procedure, and he’d come back and say “I got that procedure installed”. Installed has a special meaning in consulting. It really means that everybody involved understands what and why to do what it is, and more, that they CAN do it and have practiced doing it and it is a normal routine in the business, now, to do that procedure.

Well, this guy would take the owner aside and show him a brief of the “procedure” on his computer screen–then put it on a floppy disc (this was a while ago, obviously) –then put the disc in the client’s computer and “install ” the content to the “C” Drive. And then have the client sign the paper saying it was “installed”. (every procedure “installed” was signed off on by the client, but every accountability practice, this “consultant” proved, can be subverted.)–

Another –in Pennsylvania–consultant and I were discussing a client’s problems, on his front porch, and the other guy said–as I was wondering how we were going to help him get control over his employees, who were running rough-shod–”It’s his problem, he’s created this mess, he’s arrogant and will never change and I don’t give a shit”. Then went right back to billing hours.

Sometimes it is the consultant’s fault.

Mike has really shown a lot of ways to better run our business. In the beginning I was quite skeptical that the amount of money it was going to take would be worth it for my small business. I now am confident it was worth the investment.

    Dear Sir,

From the very start I would like to say I am very pleased with the service from your company. David was great to deal with, and great personality. David made me feel comfortable about getting into the program despite my fear off price. Brice and Bill came to my shop on Monday August 29th and made me feel really good about what I was getting myself into. Bill had good knowledge from David of my issues. Bill has given me good information to help improve my business and increase my bottom line. I personally feel that we have come a long way in a short time. It is now up to me to keep all these systems in place. And I look forward to your next leg of this journey. I could not have done all of this by myself.

    Sincerely,

    Russell

Our company has recently retained Global resources, LLC to assist us with our infrastructure systems and procedures and to make our company more efficient in all departments.

This has been a very positive experience for all staff and members here at our company and we are excited to implement our new procedures going forward.

I would highly recommend Jim and Zenda to any other firms that are seeing these types of professional services.

We feel that both of these individuals either met or exceeded our expectations and would hire them back as the need arises.

Please feel free to contact me for any questions or further clarifications.

Thanks again for all your help and best of luck to both Jim and Zenda.

I would like to thank Ralph and Stephen for the great direction you have given our company. You came in and made it very comfortable for me to put everything on the table so we could separate into departments and see exactly which ones are profitable and where we need to concentrate. We now have in place an employee performance incentive program and a commitment from all our employees that they embrace the concepts that we are implementing. You set a goal of 10% growth and considerable increase in profit; I believe if we stay on the course we will far exceed that goal.

    Great job

    Thanks,

    Director of Consulting Services,

Our experience with your company has been a very positive one. It has been a very full 5 weeks.

Trip has been awesome to work with. He has displayed patience, a hard working ethic and was a calm presence through this transitioning process. He has successfully communicated to all staff members and was great at making sure that we understood fully any information that we were learning. He has a pleasant personality making him very easy to work with. There has been much to learn and implement and he made it bearable and fun.

Our projected goals have been for the most part met. It feels like there are a few loose ends, but some of it is due to the fact that we are still waiting for POS equipment to arrive and be installed at the second location. Secondly due to being unleashed to follow through with implementing the new learned strategies and managing techniques without Trips presence and re-assurance. Basically taking the training wheels off and riding solo with all of the new information. There are going to be some pretty significant changes made in how we will be managing our business and it is new territory for us.

I am very excited about the transformation that is going to be taking place here at our company and feel that CBS has successfully helped us to be able to take the business to the next level.

I would like to thank you for the service that Corporate Business Solutions has provided to our company. All CBS staff was extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable.

The staff was able to fully grasp what we do here, and where we want to in the future.

Typically, it’s very hard to let unfamiliar consultants into the inner workings of our corporation.

The CBS staff made it very easy to trust them and open up our establishment to them.

The program that CBS provides may be a little expensive up front, but we feel that it will pay off handily in the future.

    Excellent information, excellent advice.

    Dear Rich:

I was very pleased with the performance of your staffs’ performance for several reasons. Our immediate need was to increase sales. We are in a very unusual and unique industry and Kris took the time and effort to not only understand the difficulty of increasing sales in or industry, but he analyzed our existing sales reporting policies, combined them with ideas, and then provided great assistance with the implementation of the new system. The end result is that we now have a fully functioning sales system for our sales representatives to work within without a drastic change in reporting, thus the initial resistance was minimized and the ease of transition was maximized. This was very important to me.

Kris brought an elevated level of excitement and professionalism to our small-town office, yet “blended” in with our office and ales staff very well. Any business located in a small community should definitely not shy away from Kris and GPS as they were very accommodating to us and easy to get along with.

All of my expectations were met and exceeded and I am personally looking forward to continuing to use GPS and Kris to assure my company’s future success.

    Sincerely,

First off all.  This site has ZERO association with IPA.  IPA, Global Resources LLC, John Burgess, Dave Danzig, and others in Buffalo Grove and Barclay Blvd only will know what you post publicly and what you share.  It is up to you to post truthful information, that you are comfortable with disclosing.

Second, the data I have about visitors is very general and provides no specific details about the user.  In fact if it did, I have no interest in that.

Any questions, continue to email me, I do not mind.  But also recognize posts to the site are useful for all.

Comment Chain for Employees

I am reviewing the data for EX IPA COM, and finding what visitors are looking at, where they are from, incoming keywords, etc.  Typical Analytics data that shows a great deal of insight in to what people want out of this site.

Overwhelmingly, the interest is in Ex-Employees of IPA in both the Page hits and the Keyword searches (someday I will list out the incoming keyword searches, they are funny how people find us).  Also over half the traffic is coming from Google and other search engines which is very interesting.

Please use the Post thread on the Employee’s page, to open up comments on anything you want to discuss about IPA – Past and Present.  Where are they now questions, do you remember when, is so and so still working there, etc.

I do not know how else to customize until you ask, so please email me or post directly on the website.

    Dear Al,

This week, your consultant Thomas will finish his assignment at my firm.

After some initial resistance from all of us to his occasionally “rough” style, we began to realize and appreciate his vast knowledge and experience. Over time, the tasks and initiatives Tom outlined and facilitated started to bear fruits.

I really appreciate Tom’s sensitivity to the capabilities of my staff and myself. All the tools were custom tailored to my business and will help us to monitor our progress. Considering the relative short time period, we accomplished some major improvements, covering many areas of the company, from manufacturing to cost accounting to sales.

I will make every effort to maintain and enforce what we learned and instituted during our time with Tom and will continue to work on his suggestions for the areas where further changes are needed, mainly in warehouse/inventory controls and pro-active sales.

I highly recommend Tom for any client and look forward to engage him again for a follow-up.

Stan and I have had an enlightening experience working with Ed. He has worked very hard to come up with a short term and long term goal to improve our company. He has made strides working with us to improve management functions and on how to get better results from our sales staff and ideas to streamline an idea to improve our staff with employees who can help us grow.

Ed has changed our roles in ways to improve our efficiency and demand better results from our sales team and held them accountable. We have all worked to together in creating reports to help us budget for the future instead of assuming our goals.

Ed has created a process to help Stan become a better manager and has helped me to understand how to find ways to budget and analyze our abilities to grow.

We have been very satisfied with Ed and have really enjoyed his hard work to encourage our company to grow and prosper. He has encouraged us to work very hard these last few weeks in which he suspects will benefit us to make a profit and to enjoy our jobs in a better light.

It has definitely been very hard work but is very fortunate that Ed has helped us to become better owners and will result in a better company.

    Dear Al,

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Rick, one of your senior business consultants, since March 31st, 2011.

When we began, I was very skeptical and unsure that he could be basic enough for me and my team to understand your business transformation model. Not having and formal business training, I explained to Rick if it wasn’t in black and white, it was going to go right over our heads and be a waste of time and money.

The first two weeks we opened up a lot of cans, but I could never see the light at the end of the tunnel.

I’m happy to say that after a month of working closely with Rick, We’ve jumped leaps and bounds toward making my business profitable again. We’ve cut the dead wood (employees) and created a process to hold my employees accountable. We’ve out sourced our bookkeeping and started managing for profit instead of managing for overhead.

I look forward to continued communication with Rick as we move forward to regain control of my family business.

Over the past three weeks, we have had the pleasure of having George, Senior Business Consultant, in our offices. While only here for a short time, we have already begun to see the benefits of his input and expertise of GPS services.

While we identified several areas that needed attention, increasing labor productivity was at the top of the list. George helped to identify components that would bring about change and immediately set up and led meetings with our Project Manager and Field Superintendents. Increased communication has brought about positive results both in productivity and employee moral. An employee incentive compensation plan has been suggested and will be implemented soon.

George also worked with us on Cash Management, Bidding Strategies, Sales Expansion, and Bank Action Plans. Through many discussions we have gained much insight and knowledge that we can build on and use in the future. We have found George to be truly a professional at what he does and feel our objectives have been met as well as can be in the short amount of time we have had together.

I would like to take this opportunity to let you know that I was very well satisfied with your representative Larry. I learned more from Larry about running my Business more profitably in 4 weeks than I have on my own in the last 10 years.

Helping me with the Bank proposal for the new location was the biggest help that Larry could have given me. I had been working on this project for the past 5 years and was unable to get it off the ground. I think Larry has finally got the loan package where it needed to be as my broker was very impressed and just let me know that he had 3 lenders that could make this loan happen.

Larry has shown me so many tools that I will only discuss the highlights and how they helped in my business. First of all the help he gave my outside salespeople with the leads lists for whatever radius and category(s) they wanted to pursue, this was a great help as I never knew how to get this invaluable information before Larry. He also provided all of my sales people a long list of reasons to shop our company that before Larry I never took the time to list and would probably not have come up with so many good reasons on my own. Larry also improved our commission structure for inside and outside sales which will give them more incentive to sell more.

Larry’s help with Budget Planning, Profit Planning and Cash Management are tools that I had never used before but will definitely be using in the future to improve our profits and cashflow.

Larry also segregated our rental department at the request of the banker and the bank was very pleased with the way he handled it.

Finally Larry was probably the best investment I have ever made in my business and his willingness to help out in the future when I may need counseling along the way is worth a lot to me. I feel that my investment in GPS will pay me back 10 fold in the future.

Would somebody please help me to understand the issues around Global Resources?
Is Global Resources a legitimate business?
Do they have $120M in revenues?
Do they pay employees on time?
Do they deliver a real service or product to customers?
Are the vast majority of clients happy with GR?
Do they really have a pipeline that ensures 2 clients per week? Am I going to get stuck somewhere without a plane ticket home?
Is GR widely known for high-pressure sales and deceptive practices?
    Thank you for your help.

Also, does anyone know the employee turnover. I read that 80% of employees ( consultants) leave within 6 months.
I’m reluctant to fork out money for equipment, flights, rental cars etc.. without knowing more about this company. I have not found one good post from a current or past employee anywhere online.

Yes, they have problems but they are also successful and do help companies to prosper. I’m disgruntled right now because of things happening to other SAMS I know and a couple of my potential clients.
I just called one of my clients that is just starting the consulting process and they are very happy, she’s still “suffering from sticker shock” but is confident they will deliver and she thanked me.
They do jerk clients around when it comes to an analyst showing up. I just had one that was scheduled a month out and someone called to reschedule to the next day (10 minutes before they were to arrive) and called the next day (after they were suppose to arrive) saying they were sick. Then the analyst showed up the following week unannounced and accused my client of lying about why they couldn’t see him that day (they expressed they were too busy, people were on vacation and one of them wouldn’t be there the next day (mission trip). The analyst hung around for over an hour, watched them both working non-stop and then asked, “What’s the real reason you don’t want to meet with me today?”
They are no longer interested in SMS helping them, imagine that!
When it comes to working with a client that is BMS (<$1 million) it's a matter of is there a place where they can make more money. Something similar happened to another friend that I signed up except no one ever made it and another one won't return my calls.
As I write this i wonder what they're trying to tell me, don't work with your friends because you might lose them?
Since I've been here, over 2 months, I've made a little over $4,000 and I'm considered to be doing really well and an above average SAM (senior area manager) and I have ~$3,000 that will be due me over the next 2 months should I do nothing else. My mileage write off to date is $3,300, wonder what it's like for the guys that aren't "above average"?

In a conference call, one of my classmates who had made 3 sales in his first week asked if he could go back and make a video with his customers for a testimonial presentation. He was emphatically told, NO. Going back, he would have realized what he had actually unleashed on his client. Three weeks later, the same Sam was asking for answers as to why in the following three weeks he was only provided with 15 leads and had not been able to see even 1 decision maker. My point, if you are working as a SAM, and don’t realize the program you are actually representing, DO NOT sell this program to your friends!

    To Rodney,

You obviously did not read the Madigan lawsuit against IPA,(SMS, GPA, IPS ad nauseum). Just key into the address line, Lisa Madigan, and scroll down to the lawsuit against IPA. The biggest danger you face having an analysis set so far out is, you may not get paid. IPA converts many of these sales to their Inside Sales dept. and they get the sale. Also, if given an extended period of time before the analysis, the clients own investigation of the company will kill the sale.

Type, John Burgess, into the address line and scroll down to the article,” I’m Here to Help You.” You will read an enlightening article about this company.

    Mike,

Read the same article I refered to, “I’m here to help you.” IPA is quite famous for NOT reimbursing consultants for per diums, particularly if you are not highly successful in keeping projects running. One consultant laments his lost money in airfare, food and other related travel expense. BE SURE to go through the comments at the bottom of any page of the article. Read a page or two from 2011 and 2010, then skip to the last page in 2002. All the derogatory remarks are a mirror image for a 9 year period.

IPA/GPS/GR/ABS is one of the biggest scams going.

Our class of 30 Senior Business Analysts that started in September 2011 is now down to less than 6 just a month later and dropping daily. One of the reasons is bthey hire good, honest ex-business people anxious to earn a living on the basis they will be providing an honest analysis to receptive clients when nothing could be further from the truth. These new hires are not the kind of folks who are willing to engage in fraudulent, high-pressure sales methods. The company should be recruiting ex-used car sales managers and other unethical types. Also, they don’t reimburse expenses in a timely manner, if at all.

Here are a couple of examples of their dishonest practices:

During the analysis, the SBA holds a staged conference call with his “research” team in Chicago. In fact, this is a total lie because the only person on the other end of the phone is the analyst’s SSD or handler.

Also, as part of the phony analysis, the SBA uses a spreadsheet that extracts data from the company’s financial history to show what the company could be doing. This is a canard because it is impossible to realize maximum volume, maximum margins, minimum labor and minimum expenses simultaneously, even in a perfect world.

All of this theater is designed to break the prospective client’s resolve and get them to agree to anything. This company is one of the most toxic, unethical and corrupt I have ever had the displeasure of knowing.

By the way, so far, nobody in my class have received their expense refund checks. I’m not holding my breath either.

Would love to know who Jetjockey is. Probably went through same class as him. This company cares nothing about the clients they claim to help. They are just about the the money that they hope to intimidate these people to give them. Their own President cannot even tell you how many clients they have that are succeeding or even still alive. They are definitely picking the wrong type of recruits to run through their SBA class, based on the recent class that I was a part of. This is truly an unethical (used car salesman) type of company…..LOL

Probably one of the most disturbing experiences that I have ever been through. it is obvious that there is something Morally and Ethically wrong with this business model and they hope that you will be wooed by the “Promises of Money and Stability.” This is a joke!! Travel 90% of the time is easy when it is reasonable travel and not flying into areas in the middle of the night 2 hours away from an appointment, then required to drive n blindly, find a hotel, print reports, get sleep and be at a client first thing in the morning. This practice proves they don’t care about you, when they actually have flights right in to the airport that is 5 miles from the “CLIENT.” Seems to me that the SBA and the CLIENT are the PREY here. GET OUT, and GET OUT FAST!!!

I too am a SBA and these guys are complete scams. They owe me money and are not paying. I finally filed a complaint with multiple attorney general offices and would like to contact fox news so that they can do a follow up. They are not delivering any results, the reality is now they are sending me to redo’s in hoping they can get more money out of these clients. when I review the information since the consultants were there, there are no results. In fact one company spent $100k and only got a book, another was advised to get more clients and business duh!!!
I think something needs to be done to shut these guys down.

Looks like they treat their employees as bad as their clients.

Here’s how these guys work…I get a phone call and the guy on the other end is telling me that his company works with designers and engineers of buildings where my products and services could be useful. They would be willing to set up meetings with these firms but they need to send in their “guy” to access my company. The meeting was set up for the next day with Terry Buttertworth. He presented a business card from a company called SMS. Their website is http://www.sms-na.com. There was never any mention of the designers or engineers that were mentioned as the hook to get in the door. This was December 6th, 2011.

He was just the frontman and said he needed to send in another guy, John Adamonis the next day to do an analysis of my business needs. That would cost about $500.00-Don’t pay if you don’t feel there was a value! No risk to me.

John Adamonis shows up the next day. I shared a ton of financial, personal and business data with John. I spend most of the day laying out my business challenges. Very smoothly, he keyed on my greatest fears and played back worst case scenarios. Now, this was so cleverly done, I didn’t even realize what had happened until several days later when I had a chance to reflect on how I had allowed this to happen. By the end of the day, John has me convinced that his firm, via their deep resources, can help me get past these immediate business challenges.

Just shoot me…I gave him a $2,000 deposit and signed a contract to pay an invoice presented at the end of their work. He does me a favor and waives the $500 fee mentioned earlier. I was under the impression that there would be one guy coming and he was local to Tampa. The rate was $265/hr.

The next morning, 2 guys (Paul Nadolny and Jesse Howard) show up and we spend about 3 hours where I am teaching them-my business and the unique challenges coming via federal regulation. They had no industry specific knowledge.

I give one guy total access to my Quickbooks and the other one spends the afternoon typing. I figure these guys are going to come up with some really solid insights into where I can steer my company over the next 2-3 years.

3:00 PM comes and here’s what I get. A 1-1/4 page summary of the conversation we had that morning and about 1/2 page of the opportunities that I told them I felt I saw as a potential future direction.
Basically a re-hash of everything I had told them earlier in the day. The guy with QB gave me a breakeven number that was within $40K of the number I gave him earlier in the day. They left me with a spreadsheet to manually load and forecast cash flow. (Oh boy!)

The total damage: 2 guys at $265 (ea) per hour for 7 hours, $52 per diem each and over $700 in travel expenses for a guy to hot-shot from Houston to Tampa to pull this scam off. Total spend $4,557.76 wasted. The other guy was from Tampa so his per diem covered an $8 sandwich from Subway.

Not that it matters but this site also has complaints from former employees commenting that the per diem is factored into the compensation.

My advice, if you see these guys coming, run-don’t walk to the nearest exit. I’ve done some dumb things and every lesson I learn in business cost me dearly but I can honestly say that I have never felt more violated than when I handed these guys over four grand.

I will also be filing a report with the IL Attorney General over their business practices. As I read more off this site, it’s clear that in spite of all of the well crafted statements from the president of this company and their Youtube videos, they play the same scam game day-in and day-out. Ripoff Report should take another look at these guys and stop being scammed themselves.

Why take the time to complain and make this public? Like most small business owners today, I work very hard for the money my company generates and I try to take care of my employees and family. Getting caught up with this Global Resources LLC bunch wasted some very valuable resources for me. If I can save one single other business owner the experience I had, then there is some vindication for my stupid mistake.

As a former emplyee of this company, I am anxious to share the truth about them. First, from each training session, a five day event at a hotel outside of Chicago, only 2-3 people actually stay with the company for more than a month. The travel is greuling, but they do make it fully known that you will travel 90% of the time.

They also guarantee that you will have an appointment every day. These appoinments are made by “business coordinators”, telemarketers or by a sales representative that actually visits the potential clients. The “Senior Business Analyst” then meets with the potential client to run a “survey” or “analysis” of the business. Mostly, there is a fee agreed to by the sales person and the client, but this fee is only to be paid if the potential client sees “value and benefit” from the service.

Here’s what they don’t tell you during training: At least 30% of your appointments will be either no shows or cancellations. In the event that the client is not there, the supervisor will insist that you track him down by returning or continuously calling. In fact, the training material specifically states that a client should never be called. However, that rule never applies. It is not explained that after a client is a no-show or cancels or refuses the survey, that you will wait until the evening (always after 5pm) to be reassigned for the following day. Therefore, if your 8am client is a no-show, you are required to spend the day chasing him or simply wasting the day. Of course, it’s not always a bad thing, especially when you have been sent to a city that you havent been visited. After all, it’s nice to have a day off and be in a new place, but then again, it limits financial opportunity. Another 30% will be people who have no interest in talking with you. It is the job of an analyst to overcome this and to not be forced out the door.

The per diem for a new analyst, who by the way becomes a “SENIOR Business Analyst” upon completion of training, is set at less than $100 on average. Normally $100 per day would be fantastic, but this is alloted for hotel, car rental, gas, food, etc. Analysts reserve and pay for their own hotel rooms, rental cars, etc. They also pay a whopping .30 per mile driven that barely covers the cost of gas. Airfare is paid by the company.

An analyst will depart his/her home city on Sunday and have an appointment for Monday. Many of these appoinments are scheduled merely as the result of the harrassment of the sales staff. When asked, “Why did you agree to have me come here today?” the client would often reply by stating that they just wanted to get off the phone with or get rid of the sales person. Understandably, that is what sales people do, but the vast majority of the clients were “put off” by the sales department.

The real story behind the analysis:

The analysis is a tool used to put the owner in a position of weakness and fear. The software used to produce harrowing costs and extreme waste is impressive. Unfortunately, it is only comparative data from the past few years and does not truly indicate or reflect the state of the business. It was designed to show extreme fluctuations and excessive spending by comparing one year to another, the recent year to an average, and the most recent year to the “optimal”. Analysts are trained to feed off of clients fear and greed. In fact, it is stated clearly in the training manual.

The research call is a dishonest practice. It is completely staged to seem as if a research staff of several “experts” are on hand to talk to the analyst and assist with questions. Of course it is simply a call to the supervisor who has been so successful at the manipulative job of an analyst that they have been promoted to that position. During the research call the supervisor manipulates the client first by seemingly being a group of people then by directing manipulative questions toward and about the client. It is forbidden to ever place the call on speaker or to allow the client to speak with the “research staff”. Its a tactic targeted at making the client listen to a conversation about his poor business skills and decisions.

Essentially, the analysis, if done properly, will place the business owner in a state of fear and/or greed. A successful analysis is one that breaks the owner down by asking for documents they couldnt possibly have since they were created by IPA in the first place. The analyst will use terms foreign to the owner in order for the owner to be positioned into the “I don’t know” or “I don’t know what to do now” state. At that point, it’s IPA (or Global Resources or ROI or SMS or any of the dozens of names they use) to the rescue. For a mere $400-$600 per hour, they will fix all of your problems. Tax problem? Sales problem? Selling your business? YES!!! They can do it all.

After signing a contract that basically explains that you will pay nearly 10% of your annual revenue and that it’s ok because “we work within your financial restraints’ the client will then be visited the following day “because we are committed to helping businesses”. In reality, they will arrive the next business day because they know that the client will be start to realize that he’s been duped for an enormous sum of money and will try to cancel the project. The next day a Project Manager and a consultant arrive at the business and rehash everything that the analyst already discussed. The goal is to keep the project running to rack up billable hours.

After an extensive consulting project the business owner is presented with a few hundred pages of information. Fortunately this former analyst saw the product produced by IPA. On an assignment to a former client of IPA, the client was kind enough to make the binders produced over a 700 hour consulting project. Yes, 700 hours. When asked if the client though he received benefit for the 170K that was spent on the project, the response was that “a lot of it was stuff we already knew” and that “we would NEVER go through that process again”. There is an assurance given to the potential client that any amount that a project may cost, they will realize a 2-1 return on their investment. When asked if the former client recieved such a return, they replied, “We were lucky if we even got our money back”.

It is true that people need help. People need assistance when it comes to business. After all, most businesses fail in the first five years. But there is a huge difference between help and trickery. If IPA is so good at what they do why don’t they sell their services honestly? Selling a service is honorable. If IPA is so confident that they can provide clients with the return on investment that they promise, selling the service should be a cinch. Obviously their service lacks the return. That is the reason for such underhanded tactics.

After having conducted numerous surveys and analyses and after viewing the results of $170K project and speaking with many of the business owners that I have been both successful and unsuccessful with, I am fully aware that IPA and its spin-off companies are not interested in the success of any business but their own. Virtually all employees are paid on commission only basis and therefore resort to anything that will get a project underway. Having had the opportunity to contact the clients that had contracted with IPA, I have found their experiences after the analysis to be 90% negative. From secret conversations to intimidating collections, IPA and its sister companies and their practices are completely underhanded.

If you are a potential client, do your research and be very leary. In fact, don’t allow yourself to be duped. Much of the results of a consulting project is available to business owners for free on the internet, in books, and magazines. If you think you don’t have time to do your own research and your own “consulting” consider what it will cost you not only financially, but in time. You’re going to spend many precious hours trying to regain the price of the project.

If you are a potential employee, consider all of the information on this site and continue to read the reviews and postings. In the end, you may want to add your experience with IPA to your resume. Based on my knowledge and experience with this company, I prefer to leave it off of mine. Business owners want hard-working, honest employees. A click of a mouse could be what hinders a person from getting hired and association with organizations may inhibit futrue employment.

A handful of people commenting or complaining would be worth reading perhaps, but an entire website dedicated to informing others is more revealing. The posts on this site are consistent. Certainly former employees may just be upset with a company or have had differences, but the posts here describe exactly how this company operates. A good question is “How could so many people have accepted a position with a company like this?” I am sure that there are many reasons like necessity or recommendations from other employees or maybe failure to see beyond the blinders created in training. More important than the reasons so many accepted the positions is the reasons they have resigned.

    6. A disbarred New York lawyer (John Burgess) with a criminal record for attempted larceny and patronizing a 16-year-old prostitute, Mr. Burgess owns International Profit Associates, a management consulting company in Illinois. (What a dirty old man! That is absolutely disgusting! A 16 Year Old, what a Pervert!) Guess its easy to see why they lost the Sexual Harrasment lawsuit and paid out $8,000,000.00 Heck the owner is a Pervert, so MONKEY SEE, MONKEY DO I guess?

That Fox News report claiming there’s a RICO CRIMINAL investigation underway is nothing less than just alarming! RICO, that’s a very serious allegation!!! My opinion is STAY AWAY from these guys and find yourself a job that’s reputable. By the things that I have read about McDonald’s would be better. As far as I know; these guys have real paying problems and they do not offer benefits, less a 401K for retirement. Talk about a waste of time. There doesn’t seem to be a future there but the lawsuits and the chaos. If that’s the case then why are you still with them? That company’s a mess and they’ll only bring you down. There are plenty of things that you can do today and you’ll be happier. I believe this sums it.

At this point in time I feel very prepared for the future. Rick has been a great mentor and I am confident in our direction, preparation and change. Rick has reminded me that he has my back and is only a phone call away. I was apprehensive when we started this consulting and now thanks to Rick my staff and I are ready for a successful future. My staff and I couldn’t be more pleased. All the changes have been received well. Everyone in our company is feeling equipped and confident in our new roles.

    Global Resources,

    To Whom it may concern,

For the past 4 weeks, Bill has been working with our company in an effort to improve our sales efforts. He is extremely knowledgeable and has been a great help in changing and improving our sales efforts. He has managed to revamp our sales department to make it more effective and focused. He has trained personnel in sales and closing techniques that will result in higher closing ratios and ultimately increased sales and profitability.

He has been very helpful working through some personnel issues in restructuring the sales department.

I would recommend Bill in aiding in any efforts involving sales and marketing efforts.

    Best Regards,

    Charles

That employee that puts those fake compliments is be part of the scam himself/herself and it will be easy to show in court. He/she puts those fake posts daily cause the TRUTH is posted and they hate the TRUTH!
Since your so proud of your scam, whey don’t you show up any evidence that what’s posted is incorrect?

    1. Let me guess; the PERVERT is not a PERVERT after all and he wasn’t guilty?
    2. The Attorney General isn’t suing you for FRAUD and she made it all up right?
    3. The Fox News report that a CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION is all a lie right?
    4. The politicians actually did want to associate with John Burgess after all and they really didn’t return his money cause its not really dirty after all right?
    5. You didn’t pay out 8 million dollars for SEXUAL HARASSMENT right?
    6. Your all truthful people right and no one lies to owners and employees right?
    7. You don’t send owners to collection cause they cancelled once they figured out your scam is all a fraud and you are actually nice to them right?
    8. The BC’s don’t actually lie to business owners right?
    9. The employees are all lying cause they actually do make the kind of money that you advertise but they are just lying so no one asks them for a loan is that correct?
    10. John Burgess doesn’t really like LITTLE GIRLS after all and that criminal record is all made up by ex employees cause he actually likes women over 18 years old after all right?

You are a scam and the DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE is on to you and especially your PERVERTED boss that preys on LITTLE GIRLS. I hope that cell is large enough for all of you so that you spend your days together locked where you belong!

The SCAM is catching up to them and all involved. You are covering up the FRAUD but don’t you worry, JUSTICE WILL PREVAIL AND JUSTICE WILL BE SERVED. I’ll put my bets on the ATTORNEY GENERAL then I’ll double down that all involved will be indicted.

I was researching SMS Buffalo Grove Illinois and read up quite a handful. I had this same experience earlier today. I had an associate present me this analysis today. What a waste of time no doubt about that. I had a funny feeling this was all a scam but I kept open minded. This guy was in my shop for two days and this was what concluded.

    I need more sales.

No kidding! This guy wouldn’t stop persisting that I needed his services and for $300 an hour they would get me sales. I told him I needed to think about it and do some research before I commit. He wouldn’t stop or take no for an answer. After I finally threatened to remove him, he said he had to call his boss so he get paid on this analysis. This next character had a senior something or another title attempting to sound important. What a jerk.
This jerk wouldn’t stop persisting. He was no doubt a closer with some title attempting to impress me. When I told him I needed to check the company, he avoided an answer then I knew that this is fishy. What a trashy bunch of scammers!

    Executive Director of Consulting Services
    GPS

    Dear Ken:

I have been sharing my office with Steve from your firm over the past six weeks. Be assured he works nearly as hard as I do. His work with my partner Dan and myself has given us the tools and procedures we needed to progress from a personality driven entity to one with a system and plan to succeed. We are now equipped to manage for profit.

We have evaluated and improved all of our companies activities including accounting & payroll, sales, marketing and bidding procedures as well as field operations. In the first month of implementation we have seen a measurable improvement in sales activity.

One goal at the outset was to correct dysfunctional procedures. Our bid processes, cost accounting, payroll etc are all now intelligently connected allowing us to produce accurate periodic reports to guide our decision-making. We were either smart or lucky enough to enjoy some success while flying by the proverbial seat of our pants. We believe we’ll be able to enjoy the flight allot more now.

We already recognize the benefits we are reaping from our brief association with Steve and look forward to GPS completing the rest of our project at the same high level of professionalism.

    Sincerely

    Gregory

On top of your lack of knowledge YOU HIRED GPS AND THEY SHOULD YOU HOW TO BE A BETTER BUSINESS FOR 6 WEEKS!!! Dam you must be a dumbazz millionaire!!! They did all this work for you for SIX WEEKS and you EXPECT THEM BACK TO SEE YOUR IMPROVEMENT! LOLOLOL You people at SMS or ISI or GPS or GLOBEL have got to come up with a better writer then the same dumbazz who puts these FAKE COMPANY POSTS. REALLY SIX WEEKS putting these procedures together and pay by the HOUR PLUS FOOD, LODGING, AIRFAIRE, and NO COMPANY LETTERHEAD OR COMPANY? The FRAUD NEVER ENDS!!! Well if it makes you feel better to write fake posts then be happy but proof is in the pudding as they say everyone has proof but the ghost writer. The analyist that told the story of how he helped the guys make 6 million dollars was bullshit the whole story was untrue LIERS LIERS. Everyone needs to contact the Attorney General in Chicago and let her finish what she started except this time she will have proof in court with each and everyones stories.
